Rescheduling Policies

A 48 hour notice is required for any last minute cancellations of your appointments, If you fail to provide us with a 48 hour notice via a phone call, text message, email, or Instagram message for the noted fees below upon what services you had pre-booked. Also, you will be required to pay such fees prior to any future appointments being booked with us again.

These fees also apply if you are more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment with one of our providers, and we cannot fulfill your pre-booked appointment without inconveniencing another guest at the time it occurs.

*Cancellations within 48 hours of scheduled services will result in 50% of total service price

*24 hour or less cancellation/reschedule will be charged 100% of the service total

*No-shows will be charged 100% of service total and will be unable to reschedule

Children

Although we love your little ones, the salon is not the environment for them unless they are receiving a service. If you bring a child with you to your salon service, you will be kindly asked to reschedule to another day or time and may be subject to our same-day cancelation fee.

***Nursing mothers may bring their infants or pump if needed.

Hair Extensions

We do not allow clients to purchase their own hair outside of the salon. When it comes to hair extensions, we have a standard of quality that we require when pairing with our work. If you need extension maintenance with hand-tied hair purchased from another salon/stylist, we will have you come in for a consultation to examine whether or not we can move forward with the hair you have.

Refunds

All sales are final. We offer refunds only on products not services. We are constantly working to raise the bar on our services, our space, and our overall guest experience.
